The Song of Shevarash

I will not kill nor hunt for you
my honor will remain
You may drain my life's blood from me
this I will not do
There is no life in death for you
on my soul will journey.
These are the words the archer spoke
when standing before the spider.
Then you'll know a death most unkind
and be left in the dark
No soul can find its rest from here
no songs will be sung
So you will be food for the worms
no soaring in the night.
These are the words the spider spoke
when lording over the archer.
So slay on you twice cursed whore
but hear my promise first
For no matter what wood you find
you will not know a peace
By the ancestral tree I swear
your death I ever seek
These are the words black archer spoke
when his breath sighed up its sighing.
