The Bloviatos Registry of the Greater Nobility of the Eight Kingdoms of Westrun

There are 25 Greater Nobles in the Eight Kingdoms of Westrun. These Greater Nobles are drawn from the recognized Houses and are often times direct descendants from the earliest tribes of men who were eventually brought into the auspices of the Eight Kingdoms in 4344. For over 15 centuries the strict order of precedence has helped to establish the right of way of great men. There are also many Lesser Nobles which are more or less allied with the Greater Noble Families and whose names are not often known outside of their small regions of influence, but this registry does not concern itself with them.

The order of precedence of the Greater Nobles has been carefully tabulated and re-tabulated over time. It has to do with their acknowledged wealth, influence and power. Among the more refined elements of Westrun human society, this registry is considered indispensable for all matters social. As such it is carefully retabulated and republished each year.
