The faithful shall hear the Word daily and echo it. The Cleric shall recite the first Ten Canons and offer prayer during the Dawn Watch. In parting, each attendant will be blessed. By this, the world is daily reborn.
Each day the cleric shall speak the words of the Canons, pray the sacred vow, and call upon the spirit and distribute the waters. In this rite is faith made manifest and Holy Water produced.
"As the sun returns each day, so shall the voice of the faithful."
