The Order is named for Worthy Gamasiel, who rediscovered Ere of All for all men, calling him the Forgotten God. Gamasiel opposed the temple hierarchy and its paganism and introduced true worship into the Grand Temple in 4876ey.
While uncompromisingly devout, he was sympathetic to his pagan peers. He was also committed to spreading the truth of his faith through patient teaching and persistent good works, rather than by debates or apologetics. In like manner, the Gamasielites prefer to allow their works to speak for them. They travel Erenth, establishing hospitals, orphanages, and schools. They are sometimes called the Brothers of Love.
Their symbol is a lion hitched as a beast of burden.
