Canon 4: The Church is the Arm of God

The Church alone speaks with authority concerning God’s will. Its prefects interpret, its clerics instruct, and its paladins enforce. No prince nor lord may set aside the word of the Church, nor speak as if he were God. 

 “As the sun to the watchtower, so is the Church to the land.”
