The College of Maximillian is located in the Empire of Shu, in the City of that name, in the Land of Eastrun.
Maximillian was a Westruner exile from Peakshadow who had angered the High King by refusing his demands. He fled with his life to Eastrun and offers his services to the Empress of that land. His college does not observe the Censuring Proclamation.
The Primus is Pai Wing. His students usually wear orange.
The Oxmen have rated the college at 15 gold bars.
