The College of Khazid is located somewhere in Southrun. The practice of magic is forbidden in that land and punishable by death, therefore his whereabouts are unknown. Additionally, Khazid does not obey the Censure of the High King and feels no need to register himself or his students.
Khazid is believed to be a Barasin male, balding, with a slight beard under his bottom lip.
The Primus is unknown. The students are not known to observe the censure and have no identifiable clothing.
