Description: This is the domain seat of House Jin Chan. Part of the so called abandoned provinces, the area was given by the King of Menea to that newly investitured House in recognition of the primogenitors exploits. Budokai was a sellsword Eastruner who spent his life in adventures and eventually earned a knighthood before becoming a minor noble.
It is a sparse and wild place with a working mine and a tower, as well as a trade route to the South Terrace(9) of Peakshadow. Its rocky landscape is suitable for about 40 acres of farmable land.
