From the Papers of Dil the Just
Ramiro is reputed to be the so-called Black Prince of Ravia.
A fat man with long black hair and a beard which covers his face and neck, he almost always seems to be in good spirits, thought that can belie his ruthless and savage nature. Despite his joviality, Ramiro will not suffer those who do not pay his assessments and duties.
Like many Provincials, Ramiro has a large extended family, it seems that visitors to his home are almost always entertained at one occassion or another of his many children and grandchildren. All of this merriment and celebration is often a pretext for meeting with other Black Princes and the various apparatus of their criminal enterprises.
