This Council is a group of highly placed Clerics who serve the Church of Westrun. Each of these men is highly educated and well-respected, as well as being an authority on matters of religious import. However, the membership of the Council is always in flux and changing due to the various assignments of the Prefects on it. Because the Prefects will not personally recognize themselves when acting in concert this way, it is difficult, if not impossible for someone as removed as me to determine what that membership might be, or even what it has been.
