Tandis of Peakshadow

Called the Sage of Rangers, Tandis knows more about the Fraternity and its Rangers than any Ranger actually does. While he himself was never in their order, and did not descend from any who were, Tandis has made it his life's work to gather the information about them and record it for all posterity.
