The Books of the Archmagi of the Dweomersecte vol. 7

  • 4214 Otislan I the Thaumaturgist - Otislan was a pure practitioner of the arcane arts. Unlike many Archmagi, he had little interest in politics. Despite that, many princes took an interest in him. He was slain by an assassin's blade in 4228.

  • 4228 Faranseer the Gifted - A prodigy who ascended to Archmage at just twenty-five, Faranseer famously dueled Qurnath the Pyromancer on the Plains of Chale.

  • 4255 Arepos IV the Toad - Mocked by his peers for his waddling gait and squat posture, Arepos IV earned the title “the Toad” with bitter pride. He embraced transmutation not to disguise himself, but to perfect himself. His body was eventually replaced—organ by organ, limb by limb—by magically enhanced analogs. Arepos IV perished in a confrontation with a younger mage who sought the same “perfection.”

  • 4269 Mithrid the Sorcerer - The only Archmage not trained in the traditional schools, Mithrid was born under the Red Comet and wielded magic as easily as breathing.
