Uler is one of the original Greater Titans. That is, one of the Aenir who came to Erenth at the behest of Baere to visit justice upon the Vyrum. Like all those who answered her call, he remains on this world, unable to leave and thereafter called the Aenirede.
In addition to his twin mauls, the titan wears a band upon his upper arm that gives him the ability to walk on water.
