Almus is a Tribal god of the Nandi who predated the coming of the Pretenders. He is also known as the silent god. A 7’ tall human with a hooked nose and a stern glare, armed with an atatl. His visage was incorporated into the Grand Temple of Westrun when his cult was found still active.
Most sages believe he was a Nefilnir, the offspring of an Aeniresa and one of the Besnir before, they lost their mortality. That would make him as old as the First Age of Erenth.
He is said to be the spirit at work between lovers and friends when gifts are given. He was believed to move the hearts of those with plenty when they espied those in need.
While he can understand all the languages of men, he never speaks. He especially rewards those who give while emulating his silence, it is said that his blessings are able to add one calendar year to the life of those who still live, or who have recently died.
